Units are clean, dry, and secure, with climate-controlled options 20% to 30% more. We pick up, store, and re-deliver as one move, and re-delivery labor is free when we handled your original move.

The classic storage scenarios
- The closing-date gap. You sold on the 15th; you buy on the 28th. We move you out, hold everything for two weeks, and deliver to the new house. One quote, one crew, one inventory list.
- The renovation shuffle. Floors going in, kitchen coming out. Furniture waits somewhere it won't collect drywall dust.
- The downsize-in-progress. Moving somewhere smaller but not ready to part with grandma's dining set. Store it while you decide instead of forcing the call on move day.
- The cross-country landing. You arrived; your apartment hunt hasn't. Storage-in-transit holds your load until you sign a lease.
Standard vs. climate-controlled
Standard units are clean and dry, and for a few weeks of boxes and sofas they're the sensible choice. Climate control earns its 20% to 30% premium when time or materials raise the stakes. Solid wood and pianos move with the humidity (a dry winter month can open a crack a wet spring can't close), leather stiffens, photos stick, and electronics dislike condensation. Our rule of thumb: under 2 to 3 months, standard is fine for most loads. Longer than that, or anything hard to replace, go climate-controlled.
Three tips before your stuff goes in
- Keep a "first week out" list. Tell us which items you'll want first (mattress, work desk, coffee maker) and we'll load them last, so they come out first.
- Photograph your inventory. We keep a written list; your photos make the "did we have two lamps or three?" debate a five-second one.
- Don't store what shouldn't be stored. No food, liquids, propane, or anything alive. If it can leak, rot, or escape, it stays with you.
